So, Is there a sef (someone else's self) in that sound that "you" hear?

DE, no it’s just hearing = sound
Sound triggering assumptions = thought.
Than it’s just goes into thought after thought after thought.

What is that sensation? What is that thought?

Sensation = touch
Thought of empathy = thought

How does emotion work?

Emotion = thought/sensation.

At this point everything just seems like thought/thinking/emotion/thinking/layer upon layer upon layers of thinking absolutely everything is thought.

A few days ago, you said

I’ve been having a few kinda uncomfortable old feelings/emotions pop up feels like some resistance or shifting happening but im just trying my best to let it play out and not to identify to much. sometimes simple things like feeling the bottom of my feet as i walk helps.

Yes. What you are experiencing is normal. For most people, the old "self" doesn't just drop away but erodes gradually.
So trying to let the shifting play out and recognizing thought, thought, thought helps to not identify too much. Since noticing sensation in your feet helps, continue doing that.

How’s life these days? Is there still seeking? Is there anything else that you want to explore together specifically?


When the core belief has been busted, a lot of other beliefs will still be hanging around. What you want to do at this point is LOOK and LOOK again. Keep your eyes open, let the beliefs come to the surface. Keep looking. They will come up one by one ready to be examined and released. Don’t fight them. Hold on to nothing. As soon as you start holding on to beliefs and ideas, you get stuck - you feel right about something and feel like you have an opinion. To unstick, just let it all fall off. That means question everything you are certain about. It may take a few months to settle in, but everyone is different, so there is no way to know how long it will take for everything to be re-examined. Sometimes it is intense, sometimes it’s gentle, but there is no finish line, only falling deeper and deeper into peace. Looking is the tool that has to be used over and over again. “Crossing the gate” is only the beginning of a long integration and re-evaluation. All this old conditioning has to be seen for what it is. The best part is that the cleaning happens on its own – it takes care of itself. If fear appears, it just shows that there are areas that have not been examined and need to be explored with DE.

No there isn’t and there never was.

The illusion of seperate self is nothing more than a thought, it starts at a very young age from conditioning to thinking you are separate to everything else learnt through family, school, friends, it works by commenting and labelling all experiences and if you start identifying with these thoughts you start to believe you are thoughts, it’s no more than just another part of direct experience smelling, hearing, seeing, thinking etc.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

It feels like I’ve always known this but because it’s so close so natural it’s easy to get distracted from it, the difference now is im not getting carried away with the story of myself.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

Can’t pin point what pushed me over it kinda happened gradually for me but the direct unrelenting questioning kept me looking.

This is just all thought and it suggests that there is a seperate self. There is only living which equals sound, sight, taste, smell, feeling and thought.

Decision is just an illusion produced from the ego, example would be I decided to take time to answer this question but in reality it’s just happening.

Intention is the thought that the self can somehow influence a action to affect an outcome.

There is no such thing as free will this is yet again just another thought idea if we had free will we would choose not to suffer from thinking

Choice is the assumption that we choose what happens example would be if a ball got thrown at you the ego would say it chose to put hand up to block the ball when in reality the hand raised automatically with or without the illusion of choice.

Control is another thought. Example is i can control my thoughts but we all know that is impossible.

I do not know what makes things happen I don’t believe there is a conceptual answer for this, everything is happening on its own accord

I am nothing more than a thought/belief so there is nothing to be responsible for.
