Can you give a 100% uncategorical big fat YES to there being no separate self as it is thought to be?

To how it is thought to be: yes.

I have been watching thought like a hawk... or you know, whatever.

There may need be some 'time' of watching every me-thought and seeing it as just that, a me-thought. This dialogue with Jazdia has given me this tool.

Can I say that there still doesn't seem to be a me? No. I still feel like Justin going about living his daily life. But I also see that Justin is an idea, a thought, and can not be separate than. There is an experience happening, and thought labels it as "Justin's Life".
