Oh, yes I see what you mean In the absolute sense, everything is ME. In the relative sense, there are distinct things, such as me and you and this computer and my colleague. So I am everything. I am the totality.
What differentiate the relative from the absolute? Are you everything or are you seperate than everything? If you are everything, what happens to the idea of a seperate you? And what differentiate you from being already liberated?
Common sense? Just seeing what is obviously the case.
Obvious to who? Is what obvious to you is also obvious to me? Can anything be obvious, as long as there are personal, changing, subjective ideas in its base?
The self is doing the seeing as a watcher, like a camera, it sees everything happening.
Dear self, if you are there, seeing everything that happens, can u c the thought that says there is a self? And if you do, can u c yourself watching it? And than yourself watching it again? Is there an end to it, dear self? Can u find yourself, absolutely, or are you just an infinite amount of ideas, saying "I" in all kind of ways?
The separation is visible in the space in and as which all things are seen. Like a container, the space, the emptiness, the void in which everything happens. That is what I am. That is me. Things need space to exist. I am that space.
Please see first answer.

Ok, so I am not separate from everything. I am everything. I can see how there is no separate little me in here. But all of this feels like me. It is intimate, personal. Everywhere I look there is me-ness.

I don't see an infinite amount of ideas. There's just me looking at all kinds of ideas. An idea is exactly like a colour or a sound. It pops up and then goes away again. I am watching all of it happen. Like a movie. I am watching myself everywhere all the time.

That's great. So is there still a small differentiated self that you need to get rid of in order to b liberated?

Great, you are watching yourself all the time.
So, is there a difference between the seer and the seeing? Can you be seperate from what you see, if you are watching yourself?

OK, thanks Ido. I think we've taken this particular exercise as far as necessary at this point- otherwise it'll start to get ridiculous, I'm afraid....

So where are we at now?

It's quite obvious that your understanding of all of this is clear.
You could probably guide someone to and through the gate yourself.

What do you think is the next step we should take?

I think so too.

I have invited some other guides to take a look at our thread. If there's no further questions or unclarities, you will become "blue" on the forum and gain access to another area. After that. I'll point you to the appropriate group(s) elsewhere as well. Do you have a facebook account? If so, look me up and I'll point you in the right direction ;-)

It's been a pleasure, Ido.
We'll be in touch one way or another....
