When you say "mind orders the body, and body obeys", what do you mean? Could you please describe the process.

'Mind orders and body obeys' means that brain works in a conditioned pattern and the body responds, and vice versa. Both are dependent on each other for their physical functioning and both are working in their conditioned patterns automatically.

For example. Thought comes into mind at time of walk, body moves to go for walk.
