That is totally normal. What comes up/reactions/judgements/anger/doubt/the muddy stuff is all ok- all you need to do is notice how it just comes up all by itself and to no one personally. Everything about your life involved the illusion of choice- and at first that can be alarming, but with that comes great relief that all you need to really do is sit back and enjoy the ride because reality always has and will always win. Either way- you are not alone and never were so anything you are experiencing is nothing to be concerned or ashamed off if that should arise.
