Paulo was correct. This is not the context for me to do this in. If u really wish to help a friend then u will meet me in person, as we can, and see if there is a better way for me to move forward...

This bagging my head on wall needs to stop, I seem like a wingeing child... an i feel like one, I don't know why I am having so much trubble with describing...things are not falling away. I'm hitting the same wall.

and u know the funny bit....i never been calmer, in general in my life, so there is something to be gained from this practice and for some they will responed well to this context. I haven't however.
