This experiance of being is having an experiance of being?. Don't think so.
The only thing left is this experiance of being.

Mike, can you clarify what you mean by 'exoerience of being'? Is experiencing happening, or this experience of being happening to something? Who or what is being?

I understand language can be really difficult/insubstantial sometimes, but its all what we have to make do with.

Can you write about life now? Where is Mike?

Yes this is very awkward to write about. There are all of the body sensations seeing, hearing ect. Thinking, mental activties. A general hereness ( an experiance of being) and I still call this Mike. But when I ask who is Mike?
I have this circular thought pattern that only points one thought to the next.
Where am "I". Who is asking? This question comes from this experiance of being. Who is having this experiance of being? "I" am. Who is saying "I" am? This experiance of being. Just thoughts going in a circle.

It just goes around like this until it is appearant that there is an experiance of being and it stops there. Only an illusion of an experiancer experiancing experiance. Like I said this is awkward to convey.
Everything still feels normal. From time to time I stop and ask myself who is having this experiance? I run thru the circle of thoughts and Conclude that there is just this experiance of being. Being seems to be just being itself.

Mike, sorry for the delay. Net issue again!

OK, your intellectual realization is that all there is, is this experience of being. you've looked, and you cannot find a Mike, a self - only a hollowness, an absence. Are you still holding onto your imaginary egg of self? If you let go, nothing will happen, except a freedom to live life as it can be lived, without limits, full of wonder.

Look again into the absence. There IS NO YOU and there never was. Only life happening. Good thoughts, bad thoughts, happy experiences, unpleasant experiences, 'good' emotions, 'negative' emotions, ALL is life happening. Our minds labeling, identifying, resisting, creating an imaginary self, creating separation, creating an illusion of control when there is none. This surrender allows us to enjoy this ride.

Look. You cannot find something that's not there. Thinking in circles? Who is doing that? Another thought? Can thought think? Do anything? Why this resistance to see what is there?

Right I can't find something that is not there.
I don't even care to look anymore.
No resistance here. Nothing I care to hold onto.
Just looking around with a new view. It's different,
Things are different, No earthquake. No avoidance here.
This is what's happening, this here.

Sweet. No earthquakes necessary, nO chiming bells needed. Just the truth.

Can you answer the following two questions: (I know you've done it before, but now, from this perspective)

Do yOu exist, in any form? Did you ever?

What is the process of selfing, and how dies it affect life?

Awareness exists. I don't know what it is. That is what I was calling ME, awareness.

What is the process of selfing, and how dies it affect life?
I'm not seeing any process. What happens does not affect life it is life.

Dear Mike, thanks for answering. But I will have to ask you to write a liitle more so we can know you've seen, really seen. Perhaps my questions were not clear enough. Would you mind having another go?

1. Awareness, or life, whatever it is, we do not even have to label it, exists. Did ever an entity called Mike, separate from this, exist? Is this awareness that you refer to, is this you?

2. By process of selfing, something we had referred to before, i meant the way the illusion of self is created. Can you explain a little about that, how it happens, and how it affects the way life is lived.

3. You said things were 'different'. Could you please explain how that it. What is different, and why?

Here now It's like i'm in a movie. In the movie I'm a character but it's still one movie. There was pre story line and will be a future story line but its one movie. Does Mike now or ever exist? The Movie is one thing. Doesn't make sense to divide it into components.

There is awareness and it gets labeled self. There is a rub still here for me. My experiance is eyes see on their own, touch taste sound body working ect all completely automatic. Being aware exists on its own yet does not seem 100%
automatic as vision and walking. Though that is where this all is pointing.

Things are different. In the past few days I feel great physically. Noticeably different than before. I'm not stressed. I am more connected with the people in my life. Just these past few days. My life is changing and It is all I can do to simply experiance it, much less accurately describe it.

Could you write what you mean by "my life" and who is experiencing it?

What do you mean when you wrote about awareness not being automatic. Automatic for..? Are you "doing" awareness?
