Experience is just sensing and thinking, all ideas about what is going on are interpretations of experiences.

I'm sorry I did not get any of your messages actually. I realize that I've been unfair to you as a guide and not been here on time. If you'd like to get another guide, please feel free to do so. Again, I apologize for my lack of presence on the forum, but I did not get any notifications of your messages.

Lets do the final questions if you'd like to continue with me.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it
works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this
dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Do you decide, intend, choose, control events in Life? Do you make anything
happen? Give examples from your experience.
6) Anything to add?

No problem. :)

I don't feel ready for the final questions. I feel like I'm on the cusp and still need something to 'push me over'.

Reply to the first two of the final questions and we will see where we can go from there.

OK.

1)When I look, there's just a bunch of experiences with no 'I'. However, the idea of 'I' runs by force of habit whenever I'm not questioning it.
2)The belief that we own and control experiences, which begins when we start labelling things with a concept of ownership in early childhood.

The idea of 'I' is still going to run by force of habit.
It depends on when you want to own it or not.

You have looked for the 'I' in reality. You haven't found 'I'. Tell me what you found.
