Yes, we start owning the experience- while the experience exists whether we own it or not. When we believe that experience is 'ours' it becomes personal and we hurt if it is taken away :)
Take a look at your thoughts- when does the 'I' thought come to claim your experience?
For example: look at your breathing. Were you aware of your breathing until I asked this question?
Is the 'I' thought stored in the mind? - how do you know this? Is this something you see in your direct experience?
Alright, yes :) thoughts keep coming, and you can decide whether to believe them or not based on whether they are useful or not- but thoughts only exist to cover up reality. There are useful thoughts though- like "don't cross the road, that car will hit you!" :)
Right- if you were deaf then you wouldn't know. The only thing which is helping you differentiate is the thought/label. So if your ears were open and sound and silence were merely labels- then what would you hear?

Re: Any guides available I am ready
I'd like you to try another exercise:
With eyes closed, try to find the boundary of your body. take your time with it.
Is there an inside or outside?

"Take a look at your thoughts- when does the 'I' thought come to claim your experience?

Breathing happens regardless of me paying attention to it or not it is happening on its own , the mechanism of the body makes it happen, and similar thing happens to our hearing we hear things whether we pay attention to it or not .
" Is the 'I' thought stored in the mind? - how do you know this? Is this something you see in your direct experience?"
"I" is created by several thoughts ,that condition us to to think of our selfs as separate entity and that there is a somebody experiencing oppose to just experiencing taking place.
"Right- if you were deaf then you wouldn't know. The only thing which is helping you differentiate is the thought/label. So if your ears were open and sound and silence were merely labels- then what would you hear?"
I think I I would hear sounds, rather a wall of sounds that would be happening in
many different locations in a perceived space., I guess more or less like a symphony
Of sounds only perceived as a one full sound.

Re: Any guides available I am ready
With eyes closed my body instantly feels less dense , I feel like there is no boundary of my body It feels like it ends where it begins and starts right where it ends(Infinite)With eyes closed, try to find the boundary of your body. take your time with it.

Re: Any guides available I am ready
Yes- but when does the 'I' thought come to claim the experience? Experience happens without 'I'. 'I' is just a thought and thoughts come and go. Why is the 'I' so personal then- what makes it so personal?
"I" is created by several thoughts ,that condition us to to think of our selfs as separate entity "
Can a thought condition something?

Are you trying to hear 'sound'?
"It feels like it ends where it begins and starts right where it ends(Infinite)"
What about when you touch something? Can you make out the boundary of your body then?
Is there an inside and outside for your body?

"Yes- but when does the 'I' thought come to claim the experience? Experience happens without 'I'. 'I' is just a thought and thoughts come and go. Why is the 'I' so personal then- what makes it so personal?'
I have a hard time finding answer to why is the 'I' so personal , the 'I' might be thinking that it owns the experience but then if I it is just a thought it can not think , it might be thinking that it is the experiencer
But then again it is just a thought which can not think. Illusion can
make the thought in to a personal figure to an entity that owns the body and experience . Once the illusion is no more the 'I' should disappear, but in illusory setting the 'I' is taking very seriously it's existence .
"Can a thought condition something? "
Here again in the illusion thought can exist as 'I' thought can not condition anything ; the outside world and experiences do the conditioning.
"Are you trying to hear 'sound'?"
No ,sounds sounds just are but we label them so we can give priority once over the others a guess.
"What about when you touch something? Can you make out the boundary of your body then?"
I think when I touch something all I experience it is just a little resistance but I can imagine the distance of the placement of the resistance but can not be certain how far the touch actually takes place.(I guess)
"Is there an inside and outside for your body?"
When I close my eyes the density becomes much less , my Body (experience of it) becomes much much denser. There is a possibility That if for some reason the density of our imagined outside of the body became much denser then the inside of the body we would probably think that the flash part of the body is the out site of our body.
So there is an inside and outside of the body just deferent qualities .

Re: Any guides available I am ready
Don't guess. Look and tell me. :)
What is belief?
Does 'I' thought come before or after the experience?

No. You are speculating and reasoning. Look. Is there an inside and outside? What is density? It's a label.

The 'I' thought comes after the experience.

What i meant was that after closing my eyes body does not feel so solid anymore , but anyway we are looking for direct experience not speculations as you mentioned . So I am looking .
Casually looking there is a inside and outside I am really looking and from my direct experience I see there is inside and outside of the body .

Re: Any guides available I am ready
Are you looking for an inside and outside?
Is there a line between here and there?
Is there a line between here and there?
Re: Any guides available I am ready
There is only inside of the body i am experiencing really ...,all I know about the outside of the body is just what my eyes are able to translate to me it is just a mere representation of what's outside the body .
Re: Any guides available I am ready
Is there an inside or outside of a box?

Yes there is .

I am not sure if I understand this question ?

Re: Any guides available I am ready
Adding to the box question :
The inside of the box can easily become the outside as well the outside can easily become the inside of the box.

Re: Any guides available I am ready
Yes, now I'm happy :)
and you can answer the question: is there a line between here and there?
answer with whatever you understand
