Examine several moments.
How does it seem that there are specific 'separate things'
How does it appear that there is a separate you?
What is the process that seems to divide experience onto 'this' and 'that'?

looking, listening, eating, breathing, typing, moving,thinking

it seems there are specific seperate things via labeling thoughts
it appears there is a seperate me via labeling thoughts too
the process that divides expereince is through labeling thoughts too

Are there separate 'things' ?
Is there a separate you?
Thoughts, which come willy-nilly, and you are not the creator of, have no substance.
Thought may SEEM to divide reality into 'bits', but are these thoughts believed?
If there are no separate things or events,
Is there now and then,
cause and effect
This or that,
Inside and outside?
Is there a separate you having sensations that are inside you like your toe hurts
And an outside sensation like the wind is blowing,
Or is it all perception labeled as inside and outside?

Is there anything other than right here right now?
any thing other than your direct experience?
this includes all perception and thoughts
just as they are.
so what is a thought that says doubt?
does it mean anything?
is it believed?

no nothing other than my direct expereince

there is still some believing in the batman or santa and i see that may take time until it isn't believed

and I see this is a change in perception, it just doesn't seem very stable yet

Can you see that even believing in thought is what's happening?
What about really looking and seeing that all there is is what's happening right here right now?

yes i see that. and yet boy can i get lost in it for periods of time without awareness that thats whats happening

When is awareness not happening?
Isn't recognizing getting lost in the thought story happening as easily and effortlessly as not getting lost?
Couldn't you say this knowing is always on, no matter the content of the knowing?
