I can see there are still questions.
I know there is no "I" but I am wondering if this "I" is now believing that there is liberation. I have come to question beliefs. It is attaching itself to everything!! so sticky...

All of this , liberation, oneness is an inside job.

At this time I am running a huge amount of energy in my body. Almost as if my nervous system has accessed a huge file and is having trouble with it... yet another label....
After having several insights I again ran into a wall of cunning beliefs.
Wheew, still I can remember knowing that there is no I and what it feels like to see things from the awareness.

it is an assumption. I experience wheels spinning in my head. The assumption is that they are cranking out thoughts from pattern and memory sequences. These thoughts are coming from something, chemicals?? I may experience the effect of the chemicals.
Ok, the brain is a part of the body, it has its own function like the the lungs and heart.
It is the master , the controller. This is a belief I have.
This is what I used to think of as me.

human is a label, hearing about things involves labeling becaseu that is how we have understood things. so no I am not a human..yea

they are labels! Those labels are so pesky

there is no direct experience of a brain just thoughts about it and the thoughts are fueled by all those labels labeled by something that does not exist.???
