1) Is there a 'me' or 'you' or 'I' , at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? Will there ever be?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.



3) How does it FEEL to see this? describe in detail.



4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.



5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?



6) describe the difference before seeing, at the moment of seeing, and after seeing? describe the key difference?



7) in what ways has thing changed your life? what impact will this have on your life?



8) what if i told you LU was a persuasion cult and we have just got you to believe that "there is no self". How would you respond?

1) Is there a 'me' or 'you' or 'I' , at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? Will there ever be?

Here is not seen a permanent, solid, separate "me". Here is only LOOKING. But somehow mysteriously HERE solidifies a "me" that responds to happenings and behaves quit normal. But then dissolves back into JUST LOOKING.
All appearences have their own individual "flavor", but ultimately dissolves into THIS.

Reference is made to LOOKING.
For practical "everyday" interaction I is referring to the body-mind flux of memories, feelings, opinions, information.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.

When the body-mind flux of memories, feelings, opinions, information, at a young age, is believed to be real and solid
and needs to be cared for, proteced from other body-minds. When the body-mind is seen as a bubble in a hostile world that looks for the meaning of life, looking for God. When this "feeling" of separation is seen an illusion, the bubble of separation "pops". And life is as it always has been.

3) How does it FEEL to see this? describe in detail.

A great relief! Like keeping your fist real tight for a long time and the opening the fist and relaxing your palm.
A feeling that this is the way it always has been, and will be.
Carrying a heavy load on your shoulders and then just putting it down.

4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.

I would refer them to the LU website. Having so recently myself been introduced to this Direct Looking and just been thru the initial hurdles that were not easy. But I would probably talk about the Directness, Experiental and Effectiveness of this Process.

5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?

For me it was not gradual. After I started the working with you all of sudden and could not touch any other book or listen to any other teaching, my mind became "numb" or "silent". Something seemed to be working behind the scene. Suddenly early this week there was a SHIFT. Something changed on a deep level. The balloon "poped" and the separation was seen thru.

6) describe the difference before seeing, at the moment of seeing, and after seeing? describe the key difference?

Before the seeing life was struggle, seeking and an endless pushing towards goals. Now there is REST, THRUST and PEACE.

7) in what ways has thing changed your life? what impact will this have on your life?

The greatest insight and relief is that this not my life and it will not impact my life. This is LIFE and that is enough!!!

8) what if i told you LU was a persuasion cult and we have just got you to believe that "there is no self". How would you respond?

I would respond with a roaring laugh that would shake the universe :)

9) do you have any comments about my guiding, what you feel was effective, and what was not so effective, and why?

I am very happy with your guiding. And in the beginning when you did not answer my request for guidance I got really impatience and a little bit upset, which was good.

Nothing solidifies. "Bjorn" just happens. "Walking" just happens. Being "employee at work" just happens.

The relief of not being the "drop of water" trying to find the "ocean". The great relief that there is just the "ocean" and the drop never was separate from THIS.
I would describe the ease, lightness that comes with the insight that responsibility for LIFE is not on any shoulders but in LIFE ITSELF. Everything appears spontaneously.
