Another guide has this question:

You say things flow naturally when there is no selfing.

What happens to this natural flow when selfing arises?

Please describe from direct experience.

One guide has a few more questions.

Please answer these five questions as DIRECTLY and unambiguously as possible, based on direct experience.

1. Are you 100% certain that there is no actual self, anywhere, in any form, even temporarily? Not just no permanent self, but no actual self at all? Yes or no?

2. When selfing arises, does an actual self come into existence, even for a moment?

3. When a choice happens, is there an actual chooser making it? Are you 100% certain of your answer? Yes or no?

4. Is there anyone who actually initiates, controls, or owns actions, thoughts, and decisions? Are you 100% certain, from direct experience, that such an entity does not exist? Yes or no?

5. When you make a mistake or hurt someone, is there an actual separate "you" who is responsible for what happened? Are you 100% clear about this distinction?
Please answer each question very clearly, based on direct experience.

Thank you,
~ Stacy

Yes
2. When selfing arises, does an actual self come into existence, even for a moment?
No actual self come into existence.
3. When a choice happens, is there an actual chooser making it? Are you 100% certain of your answer? Yes or no?
Choice arise spontaneous. Yes
4. Is there anyone who actually initiates, controls, or owns actions, thoughts, and decisions? Are you 100% certain, from direct experience, that such an entity does not exist? Yes or no?
Yes, there is no controller in the direct experience.

5. When you make a mistake or hurt someone, is there an actual separate "you" who is responsible for what happened? Are you 100% clear about this distinction?
There is no separate me who made the error. The mistake is as spontaneous as contractions, thoughts and senses. I am clear about this distinction.

Great. There were no more questions. Our conversation is complete.

You'll get an email soon.

There are some groups for further exploration.

I'm not sure whether Angelo Dillulo does meetings, but his videos are some of the best. Simply Always Awake

And write to Ilona if you want to know about her monthly groups & classes.
