Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?


It is simple direct & nonverbal. Just LOOK.

Then write what is true.

There is no magic pointer that will push you over the edge. All it takes is a few seconds of clear looking. That is why this one is so powerful.

It's hard to LOOK, it's easy to feel the sensation. Is this what makes it powerful? The mind goes very quiet when trying to LOOK.

Yes, I attended the recorded workshop you hear in my Dropbox. That's me laughing on Zooming into Death. By the end of the weekend, I was high as a kite. This was April 2007. LU was December 2017.

Not everyone experiences the extremes I did. It seems that most don't.

Yours will be unique to you.

I've had that blissed out experience in sex, breathwork, nature, and probably other scenarios I'm forgetting. Mostly (maybe always), it is whenever a truth dawns on me, such as there being no separate self.

Anytime there is believing untruthful thoughts, aka lies. it diminishes. I do not live like that all the time. Those are "honemoon periods." It fades.

The Truth/Lie pointer is important so you recognize these shifts.

What remains is inner peace.

I also did about a decade of The Work of Byron Katie with that same teacher. www.thework.com. Look for "Do the Work."

We are looking for that shift in perception, subtle or not.

Every pointer *can* show you a truth that will open you to no self. You only need one. It takes seconds. And it is unpredictable.
