I'd like to speak to the manager
Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
"...are convinced...". Duhhh.
Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
Hi Jeff,
:)
And, yes, there is fear. It's not mine, but it's there. Pretty hard to miss... like a fire alarm ;)
Probably there are questions about the fear, but they're not here yet so...
Just enjoying the scenery :)
Thank you Jeff, thank you, thank you.
Love,
D

Yes, I am. I'm convinced. Certain.I don't know what your path is.
But you are clearly on it.
Finally.
You are, aren't you?

Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
Hi Jeff,
I just want to make sure the page 5 I'm looking at is the same page 5 you're talking about... because I may have reversed the default order of posts so the newest ones show on top... but I'm not sure. So, the question is: is this post I'm doing right now showing for you on page 1 or on page 6?

Knowing, seeing I AM.What is left?
Someone seeming to struggle at something. But... there's no one to struggle so... and the struggle is just a thought or belief so... there's just what's happening. There's THIS.What is here?
If I say something is missing, that is a belief and we're done with beliefs. So either a) nothing is missing or b) something is missing and I don't know it. But everything is exactly as it is and couldn't be any other way so, the truth is that nothing is missing. Nothing CAN be missing. What is missing?
Discounting any beliefs, thoughts, or feelings about something being incomplete, we're left with "nothing is incomplete".What is incomplete?
I AM. I am here, complete, boundless as I ever was... despite the "pretending otherwise", as you put it.What is complete?

Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
Okie dokie.
(Understatement of the... Infinity? 🤣)
Very nice.

The way we did this is a bit different from the "normal" LU format, because I guide from my own experience rather than the "formula". It's a good one but the language is (for me) a bit idiosyncratic - it's written from someone else's experience. It's funny, because it absolutely did the trick for me, but I've struggled to authentically copy / paste it verbatim for people I guide here. Really q4 is the only really wonky one, imnsho.
Nevertheless, I'm required to perform the following customer satisfaction survey 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I hope you are able to interpret the questions easily. I'm sure you will be able to. If you have any difficulty, I'm happy to help, but you could also review the LU terms of engagement as they are described up front. You probably remember how all this was framed, before we got here, and, more importantly, how you saw things.
Like I said, to call these "final" questions... Well, how can anything be "Final" when everything just is how it is, always was, and always will be? And what the heck is "always" anyway????
Language.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.
Describe intention & give examples from experience.
Describe free will & give examples from experience.
Describe choice & give examples from experience.
Describe control & give examples from experience.
What makes things happen? How does it work?
What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?
Happy Easter / Passover / Today.
Ain't life grand?

Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
Hi Jeff,
Happy Easter / Passover / Today back at you :)
I'm not usually big on completing customer satisfaction surveys 🤣 but seeing as how you asked so nicely ;)
Decision, intention, free will, choice, and control are labels we put on things by habit and convention and lack of clear seeing. If I am not here then "I" can't be doing things, acting on the world, being an agent, being separate from what happens. "I" don't have a choice to pick up or put down my coffee mug because I don't exist as a separate entity which could do that. The universe can pick up it's own cup, which it does. That sounds nuts when I read it back, but it has to be true. It IS true. As an aside: people use the word consciousness and awareness a lot, but the term "the universe" is less loaded for me so I like using it ;)
Take choice as another example. My favorite color is probably this nice, rich hue of yellow. When I bought a piece of furniture a year ago I chose the one painted a nice, rich yellow. People would say that obviously I chose it because I love that color, right? But who chose for me that my favorite color would be yellow so I could choose that piece of furniture? Not to mention that it's pretty hard for something that doesn't exist (me) to have a say in the matter. It happened. The yellow piece of furniture is sitting in this room not because I chose it, but because "universe".
Things are happening, choices are made, decisions seem to be made, but no one is making them.
Wow. I can imagine someone reading and thinking "that person writing that is a wingnut" and yet... it has to be true. It's clear it's true.
Love,
D

It's obvious there is no separate entity, anywhere, and there never was. I've LOOKED and I know it's not there in the way I always assumed. There never could have been. Yet, I can't believe that's true. Luckily, it's also clear that beliefs are just poofy blips of nothingness in the nothingness so... it doesn't matter what I believe or feel about it... it just must be true.Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
The illusion of a separate self is the belief I've had as long as I can remember that I exist as this separate D thing, like a fork or a mug exist as objects. Like I am an object... the body that has thoughts and feelings and characteristics and memories and problems. I don't know when that belief began, because I have no memory of "thinking" any other way. In my experience, that belief-thought of I seems to sort of attach itself it to every single thing in experience. If a thought arises, it's MY thought. If I look at my foot, it's MY foot. Every single arising in experience is filtered through this I-me belief-thought. It's been going on for so long that it seems that's what LIFE is... the WORLD is.... I am. At this point the filtering has been going on so long that it seems natural and normal. How I see it now is that it's NOT natural. There's something far more real and natural.Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
It feels freeing and scary at the same time. Freeing because there are no problems and nothing to do, scary because all the inner tubes and life preservers and pool noodles I was using to keep "myself" afloat are gone and that's unnerving, to say the least. How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
When I read the words, "You're already awake. Stop pretending you're asleep." something happened. That's the best way to put it.What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
This may be missing the boat, but those all seem like the same question asked 5 different ways, so I'm going to answer once and please send my apologies to the Customer Service Team if they wanted more.Describe decision & give examples from experience.

Nothing makes things happen, they just happen. Things appear and disappear. It's all one thing just being itself. What makes things happen? How does it work?
I'm responsible for things in a legal or societal or familial sense, but not in a "universal" sense. I had an experience at work where I was insensitive to a colleague in a certain situation. They were unhappy and expressed it later and I apologized and we moved on. I was responsible for being insensitive in the societal sense because the words came out D's mouth and the behavior originated in D's body and so it made sense that I would accept responsibility and apologize. In the "universal" sense, if there's no "me" then how can I be responsible for my actions any more than my colleague was responsible for their response. We were doing a dance... the universe dancing with itself... neither of us responsible in a "universal" sense but both of us simple being the universe breathing. What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
I can't express how grateful I am that our paths crossed, Jeff. Anything else I could possibly say would be trite and miss the mark. But I am certain you know what I'm trying to express.Anything to add?
Love,
D

I do.
Thank you for the most eloquent, simple, clear, Easter / Passover / Normalcy gift ever.
The love and the gratitude are.
I will be sharing your answers with the other LU guides to see if they have any additional questions for you, though I can't imagine what else anyone could want to know about them.
Hey, good on you. Really!
Understatement of the... Infinity!

PS: I'll tell the crew you're headed out on Wednesday, don't worry / hurry about anything time related, whatever that is.
Re: I'd like to speak to the manager
Hiya D, turns out nobody had any additional questions and you are confirmed by a jury of your peers as passing the Gate. There is a bottle smashing ceremony I'm pretty sure you will want to attend 🤣 but I'm not on that committee 🤣.
There are a few different LU groups around, and your registration name will change colors giving you access to Studio 54 and all kinds of great perks 🤣
It has been an absolute pleasure and honor traveling this path with you. As we've discussed, please feel free to reach out anytime.
When I look within and see that I am nothing, that is wisdom.
When I look at the world and see that I am everything, that is love.
Between these two, my life turns.
