LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?

What are you looking for at LU?
support to see more clearly. When I look for a separate I, I do not see one , and I would like the process to go deeper.
Also, I have some experiences which I think are indications of moving in the right direction, and I would like clarity
if that is true.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I would expect them to be direct and ask of me to be authentic and honest. I would expect that these conversations
will increase my seeing or experiencing that the sense of a separate someone in here is an illusion. I also expect, based on
my previous experience, that this might be disruptive in various ways such as emotionally

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been a spiritual seeker for decades and involved in a non duality Sangha for about 9 years.
I have also watched many Satsangs on utube

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
