Take your time to observe what is here and now, in this moment,
without giving it a name, without putting any labels on it.

Hi Kento,
I close my eyes and simply be.I see nothing only dark for every here and now.And it happens in every moment.I'm confused. Please guide.

Ok, Omar. :)

Please pick any bodily sensation you're feeing right now (something like itch, pain, or
warmth) and tell me what it is.

Best,

Kento

Hi Kento,
I observed the bodily pain i.e gum ache. And I came to know that this pain is coming towards me its not like I'm in pain.I'm the knower of it.

Hi Omkar. :)

What is it that the pain comes towards?
Who is that “knower?”

Please tell through which of the
five senses that “knower” is felt.

Does it smell? Does it taste?
Can it be seen?

Best wishes,

Kento

Hi Kento,
The knower is the knower of five senses. It can not be known through any sensory organ.Knower is prior to them.senses bring information to it.It experiences everything via senses.
How can it be known??Kindly guide.

Does this knowledge come from assumption?

Kento,
No,this is what I experience. When I sit and investigate by simply being there with closed eyes this is what I observe. But this knowledge, this understanding seems to fed away when I indulge in other activities though it is present theoretically. What shall I do? Am I walking the right path?? Or is it all assumption like you say.
Please guide.

Hi again. :)

Can you observe the exact moment senses bring information to that "knower,"
without any assumption involved whatsoever? Again, is it directly observable,
just like when you observe the fingers touching the keyboard? When I say observe,
that is what is meant; directly observable through any of the five senses.

What is that "it," to which senses bring information, and how could the whole process
of senses getting there be known when that "it" can't be known, or perceived?

Best,

Kento

Hii Kento,
I was very much occupied lately.....how can "it" be ever grasped? I tried and tried but never could reach or trace "it".....please shed some light.

Hi Omkar. :)

Then inquire again and again, "what is 'it'?" Grapple with this simple question, night and day.
