say to them "Hi dear thoughts you are part of everything, part of this very moment"
and notice is there something separate called persona?

Just some inquiry:

If I Look for the persona I can't find it. There are thoughts that are happening by themselves and sensations that are happening by themselves.

It seems silly to ask who is it that is feeling this gurgling feeling in the gut, when it's just happening.

Sometimes I try to land on me, and I feel like I'm there, looking out from my eyes, like I'm back there.

"I'm back there" is recognised as a thought - absent is the perceiver of that thought.

And I continue to look, there is some silence after that, then thought, I can continue to look in this way.


When I ask is there time - there is no thought reply, it's silence and sensations.

let's break through this idea about persona - how? only with looking, with clear "seeing" we cannot change one idea with another one

Notice the thoughts " I am here, I am persona, I should take care about my self and about my body...etc , are you with me?
Then notice that thoughts makes connection with the image of the body - "This here is my body, there is persona which is this body" - Again thoughts about Persona and notice the subtle connection between thoughts and exactly this image of the body ?
To break through that simply notice that body is no one, no persona, just what is here in this very moment?
No need to fight with thoughts, just notice that the body is "naked" no name, no story, right now?

Yes I see that the body is naked and belongs to no one, no name, no story.

It's just body. There is sensation. There is an image of the body that arises when I open my eyes. When I close my eyes sometimes there is an image of my body too in thought and imagination.

body+sensation + image of the body - identification is strong because there are many protective mechanisms for saving the body=me=separate persona - and to pass trough that simply notice that there is not a body with sensations and form, but only sensations and form=only experience called body!!! and separate me andpersona will drop by itself, no body= no persona.

Drop in the experience called body and notice that this experience is happening by itself right now in this very moment?
Notice is there effort this experience to be here, to appear from divine source?

"He is making tea"... Do this whole day and notice how you/god see the world
