ANSWER: No. I feel that there are only the experiences that are happening, and life is revealing itself as it appears. The body is a beautiful, intelligent vessel that does not need the thinking mind to help it do anything.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of a separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

ANSWER: The illusion of the separate self is the belief that we are separate from everything, see our existence in a dual way, and think that we are the observer of everything when, in truth, I am nothing and everything; I am just another atom that exists in space. The separate self starts when we identify as this or that from a very young age as we are conditioned by our parents, family, friends, people, and everyone who comes in contact with us. I have felt like this for some months now since I had an awakening (for finding a word). I felt myself dissolving into nothing - all labels gone, expectations - gone! - my identity - gone! - I'm no longer Jeannette the teacher- Jeannette the mother, the wife- the daughter- the sister- the everything that everyone wants me to be. I am simply -nothing and everything at the same time. I feel love in a different way. It is just a sensation that I have when I see, hear, and feel things. I have no expectations of receiving anything. I seek no validation, and I have no shame.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before we started this dialogue? Please report from the past couple of days.

ANSWER: I feel light, no more heaviness - just the truth - as it is. I am not attached to the thoughts - they come and go and mean nothing. I see them for what they are - I call them out, but there is no judgment.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

ANSWER: When you explained, I quote, "As for being vain. The Buddha tried to eradicate all that, then discovered that this was in fact the ego illusion. The illusion of an ego in ultimate control and ultimately beyond normal pleasures and feelings. Instead he discovered the middle path: You are aware that worldly pleasures have no enduring or ultimate satisfaction, but you can enjoy make up and chocolate, you just don't cling to it, because you know its insubstantial". I understood this, and it helped clarify what I wasn't certain about. Since then, I can see that there is no clinging, just enjoying the present.

ANSWER: I have no control over anything or decisions. Life just happens; I am part of that ride. I don't get to choose. Everything that is happening right now will happen whether I am here or not

6) What makes things happen? How does it work?

ANSWER: Things just happen - life just happens - I don't have a say or a part in any of it! It would all exist whether I am here or not

7) What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

ANSWER: I am not responsible for anything or anyone - I have no control - just the thinking mind thinks that it does.

So funny, I just went back to check in on you in synchronisation with you posting, so I entered the thread through an old message from you from quite a while back, and assumed your answers were from then :D

Thank you for your answers, there are no further questions from other guides who looked, just appreciation :)

It was an absolute pleasure to guide you and I am grateful for it.

I would just like to give some final things to consider:

For the vast vast majority of us this is not the end of awakening, deepening and letting go continues.

Doubt may or may not put in an appearance - or many. It often arrives as we come out of the 'honeymoon' phase.

Paying it forward by guiding is a great way to 'deepen'.

You will be invited to the Unleashed FB group. You are encouraged to use it to communicate with others that have recently 'gated'.

You are invited to any of 3 weekly zoom groups where you can work on anything that comes up or guide them who are there for that. (email vinceschubert@gmail.com)

There will almost certainly be aversive conditioned responses that will get triggered when circumstances align. This doesn't mean that you have lost anything (you can't loose what you always are).

The same seeing that took you through the gate will put these in perspective too. The invitation is to walk lighter in the experiencing.
