LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I understand that one's perception of reality is only seen through the lens of conditioning, which is created by thought. The perception of one's reality is clouded by their attachment to the body consciousness and identities that provide comfort and security.
What are you looking for at LU? I am looking to further progress on my journey to self realisation, at times it can be hard to identify whether the practice of self-enquiry is being done properly. Dissolving takes place rather than attachment to thought. I'd like to further practice my ability to self-enquire and gain the right practice.
What do you expect from a guided conversation? I'd like to converse about the discoveries of self observation, ask questions about the practice and the process. I would like to speak with someone that can help me process the information i come across and ensure that I'm not misunderstanding it.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? I have practised Vipassana mediation for multiple years before, discovering the process of self-enquiry and self-observation. I have been practicing the self-enquiry based on teachings of ramana maharshi and jiddhu krishnamurti. I consider myself to be on the first steps on my journey.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11

Body is conscious, body has consciousness or consciousness is aware that there is experience called body?
What is identify? is it identification?
Without identification what is here?
How can the imagination that some individual exists bring comfort and security?
Notice - that there is no you even now and noting dangerous or uncomfortable is happening?
Love to you,
Lubo
