Re: Homeward bound
LOVE short answers.
So, that's it. Our work is complete.
We have some traditional final questions. Would you like to attempt those? (with short, succinct answers?)

Re: Homeward bound
Yes, it's pretty short & simple, isn't it?
Well, are you still seeking anything?
If not...
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.
Describe intention & give examples from experience.
Describe free will & give examples from experience.
Describe choice & give examples from experience.
Describe control & give examples from experience.
What makes things happen? How does it work?
What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?

Hi Stacy, I've not disappeared ... work has turned into heading off to a festival ... mending camping mats at the mo! Will be in a field for a few days. Quiet times to contemplate and answer may well be present 🤞🏼
A ❤️

Re: Homeward bound
Hi Stacy,
Got back late yesterday ... Lots of noticing while there where thoughts arise and through both noticing but not attaching meaning and undoing projections, the thoughts really quieten. Sometimes the littlest thoughts like, 'I remember bouncy mud like this last year after rain'... gave that memory away, then was just with the bouncy sensation in the moment without narrative/commentary from the past. Then, what seemed like bigger ones where noticed loneliness thought and looking for friends thoughts. That was prob the main thing that happened there was observing that thought and letting it go. Found way more peace and presence whether with friends, ambling around without them ... same same, just experiencing with the bloomin' thoughts way quieter, phew!
Also, my father-in-law just died. Being with his body so clearly shows where the body is nothing to do with the essence of spirit.
I haven't sat and written my answers yet. Finally popped them in notes though, so can get in there to answer more easily.

Hi Annabel,
Sounds good. Take care of whatever you need to take care of. It's good to answer those questions sooner rather than later, if you can.

Re: Homeward bound
Very much so. Lots of clearing happening and being with those thoughts that can be one so encompassing that ‘I’ feels very present in those times.
