Thank you for the answers, Donna.
One more consideration from other guides: this timeless, changeless awareness you are talking about from which thoughts arise, is it really your direct experience or it is a little bit poetic expression, imagination based :)
Is there really experience of something substantial and changeless?
Till soon.
Going ALL the way...

Donna,
Ilona would also like you answer more directly this first question, i.e., the second part:
Ilona would also like you answer more directly this first question, i.e., the second part:
- Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

Hmmm, well it might be poetically expressed, but it is my direct experience.Thank you for the answers, Donna.

Time, like 'me' can only be seen as thought woven in and out of the story of me..
Maybe a less poetic and more appropriate term would be awareness happens now and the concept of past and future appear as thoughts and images in it, soup bubbles, so to speak. Timeless is just a label used in order to communicate it.
When I say changeless, I mean as far as I can see, that which is experiencing is always here experiencing experiences.
The bubbles in the soup pop and disappear, but the soup doesn't go away.
Experiencing has no substance.
No thing does when examined closely enough.
much love

No.Donna,
Ilona would also like you answer more directly this first question, i.e., the second part:Sending Love.
- Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

Yes, experience is always experiencing; life is life-ing, yet without permanent substance. Though it may seem so.The bubbles in the soup pop and disappear, but the soup doesn't go away.
Experiencing has no substance.
Than is there dividing line between that which is experiencing and experience? Or just thoughts again create some kind of experiencer?that which is experiencing is always here experiencing experiences.
It is important to be clear with this.

words are limited as we have seen! no, no division is possibleYes, experience is always experiencing; life is life-ing, yet without permanent substance. Though it may seem so.The bubbles in the soup pop and disappear, but the soup doesn't go away.

this is why i used the soup and the bubbles in it analogy
all experience is made of experiencing, they are inseparable and have no substance
ex: sound and hearing and the knowing of the sound all one seamless occurrence
no thing has an independent nature and all things are made of no thing but the knowing of them
