Can’t see it’s characteristic or attributes

Is it possible for there are characteristic or attributes, but you just can't see them?

Or maybe you can't see them because theare are NONE?

Can you check?

What is the sense of self ‘made of’? An image? Sound? Taste? Smell? Sensation? Thought?

I Have no idea at all , most probably it is just a thought

:-) "most probably"=uncertainty

Please look again and again and again until there is no doubt.

How is the sence of self/me experienced EXACTLY?

Look at this question for a whole day. Many, many moments during the day, not just once or twice.

In my experience, the sensed of so called “self “was there , how do I know? I was told by the thought. I didn’t see anything but simply accepted what the thought told. Like I didn’t see the real unicorn but told by the thought there’s a unicorn.

How is the sence of self/me experienced EXACTLY?

Just a sense , a feeling only, when see closely, no such thing exists, let it be.

In my experience, the sensed of so called “self “was there , how do I know? I was told by the thought. I didn’t see anything but simply accepted what the thought told. Like I didn’t see the real unicorn but told by the thought there’s a unicorn.

Now I realize, the one who is accepting also a thought.
Nobody accepting anything, it was a thought thought that itself is accepting another thought.

Is there a centre and all the rest coming in and out?

If you find a place - what is the place made off?

Can it precise location be appointed within a millimeter?

It’s so unexplainable, thoughts rise up by itself, feeling happening by itself, immediately knowing by itself.
When I said” I knew it, I felt it, I experienced it”, these statements are only some thoughts .

you did a very good looking.

What I would suggest is one day or two to go for a walk somewhere in nature. A small park nearby is a good option also. Walk for a while, sit somewhere and look arround. Trees, flowers, insects, birds, people's chatters, children's playing, sensations in the body, thoughts including the thought of I, Helen am sitting, looking and observing- all this is just one happening. Look at what is present and answer these questions:

Can the character chooses what to feel, what to think, whether go for a walk or not?

Does the character choose this story?

Can it chooses another story, a different one, instead of what already is?

Can the story of Helen be seen as what it is - just a story, including Helen?
