The illusion is that there is a me + looking + grass =3

But this is a thought.

This is difficult. So what you mean is that there is experience of colour of gras which thought ‘makes’ into gras? So gras is a thought.

Is there action labeled looking at grass?

I don’t know if I understand the question correctly. I can look at gras or I can look at a tree. I don’t think there is action for looking needed.

What then the word gras point to?

As I was writing before, gras is a thought….. every thing is a thought. Wow… very dangerous!

I look at the grass - there are 3 things in the sentence. But are there 3 things in reality?
I - there is no I
looking at the gras - but there is nobody who is looking
so there is gras only.
What is gras?
Colour, experience of a colour=knowing colour , Named gras.
Look - is a word that point to to something. Look= what colours are being experienced at the moment? What colours are there at the moment? There is no one who make looking, this is just the way, how the language work.
So, I look at the gras - is the way of language that point to What experience of colour look like in this very moment.

Look around. Notice all different colours. OK?
All these colours are labeled from thoughts, like a label machine.
All colours are different, but are they separate from the (one) experience of colour?

Ooh, it’s the end, what a surprise or is it the beginning! No big bang! So at the moment I have the feeling to live in two worlds: my used daily world and the ‘new’ world I tried to understand/see in the last months. And there are more and more connections happening. For example, when I am getting stressed in my daily life sometimes comes the remebrance that everything happens as it happens. There is no you who has any influence.
Or sometimes I just sit and look....

We are planning a bike-tour with some friends for the next weekend. So there is a lot of talking, thinking, organizing. Everybody has his own story/expectations how this tour will happen. And the tour will happen as it happens. But isn’t this a normal process?

The point here is that the story that Gerd exist and he is responsible for the tour organisation may still appear. And the invitation is to notice that this is just a story arising from thoughts about What is happening.
