Hello, Sid!
Many thanks for your time you are giving me.
Turn your attention towards the spectator, what is this?
Everything appears and disappears, images that are “just knowledge” flow one after another. The spectator is "the knowledge". There is no one and no any thing that stands in the center or outside and observes everything around. There is no border between the “spectator” and events, everything flows of one to another.
Close your eyes and imagine drinking a glass of water. This is a thought.
Now, go and drink a glass of water. Is this the same, or different? Please describe.
Thought, smells, hearing, seeing, etc. - everything appears and disappears. These are still frames of the same picture of life. When I imagine that I am drinking water, I imagine the taste, the temperature of the water, the only thing is there is no tactile sensation. When I drink water there are tactile sensations, but this is also an illusion, emptiness. If we compare these events in Time, then this is a series of events in the line. If you remove Time, then there is no difference.
Keep looking at this, can you find any expectations or judgements about your thoughts?
When attention is directed at thoughts, thoughts dissolve, emptiness and silence appear. There are no expectations or judgments.
