My heartAgain, right now, please point with your finger at where you feel "self" is.
Just tell the exact place your finger tends to move.

Whenever a sense of me is there I feel kind of blockage in the chest area, breathing becomes harder. I am taken over by my thoughts. Me feels so real, and all the thoughts starts pouring in, how I am wasting my time looking for no self. Instead, I could use my time more productively learning something which will help my career. There is also fear of not seeing, "no self".What exactly is the "sense" that is there? Do you see, feel, smell, hear or taste
it? Could you observe it and describe how it is felt? Also, please notice the
emotions and thoughts that come when you observe it.
When there is thought about me, I can sense the blockage. Is that blockage something different from
the sense of "you"?
The “I” is a thought. Also, please tell me what this "I" in the sentence
"I am wasting my time looking for no self" refers to; is that an image?
Sensation? Thought? Or else?
Yes, it is just a thought. Is the sense of "I" JUST a thought?
I am not sure what is still making me believe that there is me, most of the time there is awareness and thought is seen for what it is. But when I am having conversation with people the sense of me feels very real. It feels like the world is out there and sense of me here. You know the "I" is a thought. What still makes you feel that there is
"you"?
There are only sensations in my body. There is no self.Is there any physical component that makes you actually
feel that there is a self?
I was having a talk with my neighbor and there were some disagreements and I could feel sensation in my chest area. But then I could step back and see that they were just sensations there was no me.The next time you have a conversation with people,
please observe if there is any kind of bodily sensation (or anything else) that
makes you feel like "you" as an individual exists.
What would it be?
Please report.
No, I wasn't able to grasp the thought “I”.Also, let's do one experiment, according to your understanding,
sense of self is a thought. Now, please try grasping (literally, with your hand)
the thought "I." Were you successful in it?
YESPlease say in yes or no.
Just one word.
It feels liberating to see no self. The thoughts come up but it doesn’t own me like before. I am more aware now, whenever there are thought I am able to step back and see it has just labelling and not actual experience. There is more mindfulness in the activities now. Even during conversations with people when they are fearful or anxious about something I am able to just listen without being triggered like before. How is the self felt now?
