Thank you for the lovely responses to the questions. I am going to ask a couple of other guides to have a look at our thread...to make sure everything is clear and I have covered everything. They may or may not have further questions for you. When I hear back I will get in touch with you...it should only take a day or two.

Good morning Zee,

There are a couple of questions for you to answer.

Could you ask him to tell what the computer (tablet or smartphone) screen before him
is, when there are no subjects and no objects?

Also, could you ask him who his friends or family members are, after
realizing that "there is no separate me"?

All there is is actual experience. Friends, family, and the computer are apparent beings and objects, but the essence of all of them is indivisible actual experience. And I love them all—none of them are a problem. My family and friends are wonderful and the computer is great—learned how to read, write, listen, and speak foreign languages using the computer! And found liberation unleashed!

During the Super Bowl halftime show there were lights attached to drones on the ground. They were lights (color, shape). When they were sent into the air they were still just lights (color, shape), but something amazing happened, they came together and spelled out the word “Love”. So there was an apparent message there. And the apparent message was “Love”. There was apparently a word in the sky! And the message was beautiful. And all that could be enjoyed. But I never failed to see that in essence, all it was were lights attached to drones. Lights….color/shape. But how grand was that apparent object of a message of Love!

Another example—a piece of paper is made of wood fiber. The actual experience of paper is shape, color, and sensation (if we hold it). In the olden days, pencil was used for writing. All it is is carbon. Color (and shape when rubbed on paper).

So, all anything written on a sheet of paper consists of is wood fiber and carbon, and further broken down to color, shape, and sensation.

Let’s say someone hands a piece of wood fiber and carbon to a lady and she becomes very excited. She sees the wood fiber and carbon, but doesn’t really “see” it. What she sees is an apparent message that sends her over the moon. It says “honey, I struck it big, I love you so much, I want to marry you as soon as I return”.

Let’s say someone else is handed a piece of wood fiber and carbon and all of a sudden they can’t sleep for days and they are frightened. What was seen again was not wood fiber and carbon but an apparent story that mentioned all single people who are over 30 and live in brick homes will be visited by an evil spirit sometime this year but only when they are sleeping.

In both instances, all there was was wood fiber & carbon (color, shape, sensation, & thoughts arising if reading taking place)

If we are ever wondering if the story itself is real, all we have to do is go to our local farm and ask the farmer if we can visit the goat pen.

There’s no way a goat could digest something called a scary story or a wonderful “life changing” proposal. But a goat DOES love wood fiber and carbon.

If we’re wondering whether the scary story exists in reality or the proposal exists in reality, just wave those in front of the goat. If we do that, our stories will evaporate because we will leave with nothing because all there was was wood fiber and carbon and the goat loved eating it!

Seeing through the me was a simple exercise but there was a seeming residue left of concern about the future.

I waved concern about the future in front of Kay and she helped me to see that was just a tasty meal too. Just actual experience as always. There is nowhere to find something called concern and nobody to be concerned. The looking exercises are easy and they are effective if they are actually done.

So, after all this seeing through the me dialogue, I still love my family and friends dearly and also enjoy the computer and have no problem saying this is my dear family or my cool computer. I’m not afraid of my own shadow and nor do I have to keep repeating “actual experience, actual experience” or “wood fiber/carbon wood fiber/carbon” all day. 99.9% of apparent objects and thought content pose no problem so there’s no reason not to enjoy apparent form.

If there ever is a seeming problem I know two things to do. FIrst, look at the seeming problem and break it down for what it actually is…actual experience..likely just thoughts arising. And if there ever is a seeming problem, there is likely also the assumption of the separate me who has that problem. Look again into seeing if there is or isn’t a me. And since I’m a good looker now, any seeming issue dissolves rapidly and I’m left with what is, not imagination.
