There are thoughts.
In addition, there are various events that resonate with it. It happens actions.

For that it dont needs a SOMEONE.

Can you agree with that?
But again a doubt that why do some people study harder than the rest and score better marks or degrees .

There are no two snowflakes that are the same. And it has already snowed a lot ..

The question of the why and the movement in concepts does not bring you any points.
Look at what you experience directly for yourself, what you can perceive.

And do not listen to all the thought stories, let them be what they are ..only stories..

Hi Tracy, Sorry for delay as I was away from laptop.
Yes I agree that events just happen on their own and actions take place. It is our thoughts and memories which label it as SOMEONE doing the things. The mind comes up with various theories.
I can also see that out thoughts love to create the ENJOYER PERSON who wants certain things and enjoys getting them as well as the SUFFERING PERSON who starts complaining when things don’t go their way
Any inputs?
Thanx Saroj

Okay, do the following.

Take some undisturbed time and comment on everything you perceive for 5-10 minutes, you can also write it down if you like. That could sound like this:

1. I sit in the chair and feel pressure. I look out of the window. I hear a car, etc.

Do that for a while and feel in yourself, what it feels like to comment on the plot in this way, then vary the exercise a bit. Let the "i" away this time, so:

2. Sit on a chair and feel pressure. Look out the window. To hear a car, etc.

What is different about this second exercise? Which approach feels more free? Which one feels "truer"? Does it take an "I" to do something?

Hi Tracy, I practised the experiment for the last week in my day to day life and at work.
I have written the first step as follows
‘I am sitting in the OPD and seeing my patients. People are telling me about their problems. I can hear the sound of the fan and AC. The sound of the birds outside sounds very soulful. I am writing my thoughts on paper.I am thinking about an incident at work which made me angry. I am feeling angry and irritated’

Now in the second step it is without the I
“Sitting in the OPD and seeing patients. People are telling about their problems. Hearing sounds of the fan and AC. Sounds of birds outside are very soulful. Writing my thoughts on paper. Thinking about an incident at work which made me angry. Feeling angry and irritated’

The experiment was quite enjoyable and enlightening. In the second exercise without the I there was definitely more freedom and it was more expansive. There does not seem to be any doer or experience. Things are happening spontaneously and by itself
Thanx and regards

Very well seen. :)

Is the "I" more than a thought? More than a word? With more thoughts around it that tell a story?
