I feel that the body doesn't sustain life, life sustains the body, the body is a device to experience life and interact with others.Your Interactions with others are one thing...but without the body to sustain life how can this be??

It seems to me that it starts with the creation of an "identity", I guess the illusion is inherited because of the way some societies are structured and families and then our caregivers ideas when we grow up, schools and all that stuff we learn growing up.Understanding the dysfunction and seeing how it affected you then and now...Think back when you were growing up...How did all this start?

Well, Only if the person ask I will tell, I won't try to convince anybody, so if the person wants to know I will use Nature as the best example, the way it works with a flow with out forcing anything to happen. Just being. There is nothing to change or improve in Nature it is perfect, life is perfect and we are life.4) How would you explain this to someone who hasn't seen it?
I couldn't flow, I had feelings of inadequacy and pain, and I knew there was something more to life than the way I felt, I use prayer and silence and nature to connect and then one day I just felt that I don't need to justify my existence, my life, cause it's just life.5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you really look?
