Where am I?

Just thought that I should ask you what do you do when I ask you to look or see something. Can you describe what you do when looking for a self?

Usually when I look for "I", I will turn my focus inwards as if I'm trying to look at my own head. This allows me to focus on my direct experience, especially my thoughts. I noticed that when i do, "my" emotions are short lived compared to what they were before. Once I take notice of myself and focus on anxiety, fear, doubt etc. the experience is nothing more than...experience :-) There's no judgement towards these experiences. Undoubtedly, this has changed my life! "I" feel much calmer and a happier person whenever I look for "I".

All that remains is experience!!!! :-)

Nothing seems unclear anymore; it's such a relief. I don't think I will need further guidance. I would personally like to thank you for the time you have taken out of your time to show me that the self does not exist. You've changed my life!!!! :-) I wish all the happiness in the world!!!
