Hi Inkeri
Thank you for your post.
They were like a painting that someone drew there. Still and so peaceful. I could also hear the raindrops falling to the leaves of trees and the wind wishpering there in the same time. It was really beautyful.
This sounds very beautiful.
So I think I experienced a difference between thinking and looking
Tell me about the "I" in "I think" and the "I" that experienced a difference. Is there still an "I" having experiences?
There is a subtle difference between "I look" and "looking happens". It is the same with all the senses. The language introduces a separation. Language is very tricky, and it is hard to talk about this stuff because language is dualistic!! But that's ok, as long as we are aware of it. So, let it be very clear about what is being experienced and how that is described.
Today, please just keep looking, looking, looking. What is being experienced without the story? What is the raw and direct experience? Don't worry about the story, it runs, thought thinks. Underneath the story, what is happening there? Don't think about what is happening, strip it back a stage further. Just keep looking :)
Have fun, go gently, report back!!
Love xx
