Hello Diane,
Hope you are beginning to feel better?
When you feel ready we can take a look at those questions I asked. But only when you are well enough.

Living in the now
Re: Living in the now
Hello Diane,
I realise that I did not comment on the answers you so far gave. Only take a look at the following if you feel up to it. There is no rush and you must get better. But anyway, here's my response to what you say for question 1:
The view that something or someone, however subtle that entity might be, 'experiences life through a body' needs looking at.
Take a look at experience of 'body'. Look at each sense in turn, touch, seeing, hearing, taste and smell. It is possible to notice all these happening. A seagull cry is heard. Tactile sensation as laptop keys are depressed. But 'body'... where is 'body' happening?

Good. There is no separate entity at all, no separate self, me or I anywhere and there never was! It is all an illusion.
Is that the actual experience though? Yes, there IS experience but is there anyone or anything that can be found to be 'experiencing' it? Tale a look. There is only awareness experiencing life through a body.

Re: Living in the now
Hi Jon
Sorry I haven't contacted you before now, but I was waiting until I was fully recovered which I am now.
I went for a treatment on Wednesday to the Gigong master I have seen for 15 years and he did, as usual, a wonderful treatment on this body which is now recovering. And, I did attend another of Ananta's Satsang Friday night and Saturday all day. So chilling out today but am keen and ready to continue with your guiding.
Shall we ignore the answers I wrote to the first two questions and start again?
Just been listening to the recording of the last Satsang with ILona so looking forward to next weekend.
Love
Diane

Re: Living in the now
Hello Diane,
I'm so glad you are better now. We can certainly come back to the questions and continue our conversation/inquiry. I will post again either today or tomorrow.
I'm going to try to attend Ilona's retreat but my wife is having a back operation and it seems entirely possible that I may not be able to attend, or for only part of it. But I hope to see you there anyway :-)

Re: Living in the now
Hello Jon
So sorry to hear about the possibility of a back operation for your wife, please wish her well.
I've just seen the reply you gave regarding the answer to question 1 you sent.
I laughed at the comment where I said "there is only awareness experiencing life in a body".
Experiences just happen, not in a body, they just happen, and are just seen. There is nothing else except awareness/empty space. I saw in a meditation yesterday, that this one, body, was just empty space and was the empty space in the room, including all the being's in the room. There was just one energy field in which every thing was seen/experienced.
I hope this is a better understand than the previous one. Ps. The little child within is not looking for praise, just a true understanding!!

Re: Living in the now
Hello Diane,
If so, here they are:
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2)Please explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now as if to someone who had never heard of noself before?
3)How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
love,
Jon
Thanks. Actually it should be fairly 'minor', with luck.So sorry to hear about the possibility of a back operation for your wife, please wish her well.

Re: Living in the now
Hi Jon
Here goes with the attempt to answer your 3 questions:-
1) Is there a separate entity, self, me, I at all, anywhere, in an way, shape or form? Was there ever?
The answer is a definite no to any form of entity etc. There never was, just a belief that has been created. We are life experiencing life.
2) please explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now as if to someone who had never heard of no self before.
The illusion is that 'people' believe they are a separate entity from every one else and there is an 'I' running and controlling their lives. Separate individuals. There is NO ONE (entity) there!!
This belief in the separate self illusion starts in the first years after birth. The baby starts to respond to a name they are called which gives them attention, food, love, etc so they start to believe they are separate from mummy and everyone else, and therefore a separate individual with a name and they learn how to respond and develop beliefs according to the environment they are in to gain love, be safe and fit in to what is required of them. Babies also learn they can express themselves to get what they need/want. Hence, the development of the ego, the separate self belief.
From my perspective, up till recently, being a separate self meant that "I" (Diane) was an entity in this body responsible for running my life, and that I was a separate from everyone else. There was pressure to achieve, belief in MY thoughts and there negative messages, take responsibility for my life, and do this and that and the pain and suffering 'I' experienced happened to me, Diane,
3. How does it feel to see this. What is the difference from before you started this dialogue. Please report from the last few days.
Now life is different having the understanding that there is no separate self and am one with all life and life just happens. Not believing in thoughts and ignoring them, is a great gift, although I have fallen into the trap of listening to thoughts, but it is seen and dismissed. Having been to a couple of Satsang days recently, negative beliefs have been seen and are dropping away. Also through your guiding, the needs of the little child wanting praise and afraid of getting it wrong has been seen and dropping away. I can laugh and let go of these now. Acceptance that life happens when it is meant to happen, means no control is needed so takes a lot of pressure and stress away. Life is so much easier and more wonderful knowing all this and, I think, a lightness is felt. No pleasing, have to 'do's' but also knowing that life presents to you what needs to change or be dropped. This understanding that life presents what needs to be looked at, has recently let me know there is something I need to change, in a friendship, and what is presented is mirroring me not something in the other being and to thank them for showing up. Since understanding this and the energy or anger and resentment have been released, just love is now appearing. Life just happens and brings us lessons. Also, the knowing that pain is not my pain but is just an experience showing up was difficult but now seen.
Love
Diane

Hello Diane,
What a super set of answers! Thank you. Here are the remaining three questions:
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) a) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control.
b) What makes things happen? How does it work?
c) What are you responsible for?
d) Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?
Have a go at answering these and we can take a look at what you have written

Re: Living in the now
Hi Jon
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
What pushed me to really see was recognising awareness being aware of itself, that which sees through our eyes is seeing itself as that is all there is. So when we look into others eyes we see ourself. There is no separation as we are all one.
5) a) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control.
The above words are words related to a separate self with an I entity which thinks it makes the decisions, intentions, free will, choice, and control. There is nothing to control, make choices, free will, make intentions or decisions. Everything is life so life just happens, shows up.
b) What makes things happen? How does it work?
Everything just happen, life just shows up. There is an intelligence which keeps the whole universe working in perfect order, harmony and synchronicity The sun, the planets, nature, human beings, etc. our breathing, heart beating, speaking, sleeping, etc. This deep intelligence and energy is within each being. There is an awareness of what life is showing us us, a deep knowing where Life is directing us. All is known within us; we are the universe and listening and seeing what we are being shown, guides us on life's journey, and connecting to the stillness, peace, and love within will guide with wisdom.
c) What are you responsible for?
We are pure eternal love. There is no 'I' entity within the bodily vehicle, just pure awareness, our essence, nothingness, so there is no one, nothing, to be responsible. We are life, free to be who we truly are, be authentic, loving beings, in oneness with all life.
d) Give examples from experience.
I knew without hesitation to join the Liberation unleashed organisation and life sent the perfect guide. Again, attending the Satsangs with Ananta and ILona and to focus on realising myself has been clearing seen. Just the knowing that when something doesn't happen, life is guiding in a different direction. Lots of examples, when life just happens so easily. My back problem, I now realise was because the body needed to rest, so life enforced the rest. Travelling up to the Gigong master in London on a train strike day, by car, when I was warned of heavy traffic being on the roads, there was little traffic and a very easy journey was experienced.
6) Anything to add?
Not really Jon just to thank you for the time and gentleness you have shown me and helping to see the truth of who I Am, and the freedom gained. Crying has ceased for now, more confidence has appeared, some of the child's pain within is seen and dropping away, not being so sensitive to negative comments and just living in the now as this is all there is!
Much love
Diane

Re: Living in the now
Hello Diane,
Thanks again for such comprehensive answers.
Just a couple of things to ask you:
But when you refer to 'all one', one what?
I can see you mean 'not separate' but is there something, a 'one' , that 'sees through our eyes'?
If I check the experience of seeing it seems that there is just the seeing going on in the experience of seeing, not 'seeing through eyes'. And not something seeing through ('my') eyes.
is there something that looks out through eyes?
love
Jon

Re: Living in the now
Hi Jon
Clarification on what pushed a seeing awareness being aware of itself.
What is seen through the eyes is seeing itself. It knows itself. There is no one looking through the eyes. And, as you say, the experience of seeing is seen which is a better explanation.
When I say all is one, I mean we are all connected, not separate, all one energy, one intelligence, one life, as that is all there is. We are one with everything, no separation. One infinite field of love.
I hope these are better clarications to your questions and I must admit the explanations were challenging when I answered them originally.

Re: Living in the now
Hi Diane,
Now would be a very good time to ask you if you have any doubts about what you have seen, that there is no self? Please feel perfectly free to raise anything you like around this matter.
I would also like to ask the other guides to take a look over our conversation. This can be helpful as sometimes other guides can notice something that can be very helpfully asked as a question at this stage.
with love,
Jon

Re: Living in the now
Hi Jon
Of course, do show our conversations to other guides. Seeing the truth fully, is why I joined Liberation Unleashed.
The only comment is although having seen the truth of who I AM and aware of the experience of life, I continue to talk with others as if an I entity is present even though I am aware there is no(thing) entity, no separate being, and everything is one. Living life just happens and it is seen as it happens, if you understand the meaning, but speaking as life feels the same in the fullness of the now moment as it did before the seeing.
I've been living as a separate entity and talking as this for 73 years so not easy in this moment to express this truth. When centred in stillness all is seen but life is not always stillness. Ananta said in a Satsang I needed to update the language I used as she found she had to update her language when awakening fully happened as the old language just didn't work but am finding this difficult and not natural at the moment.
ILona says we need to still use the I and me words as communication with others would be difficult. I understand what Ananta is saying but finding it difficult in spontaneous conversations. Writing is different, and written conversation is easier especially with a being who is guiding and in full recognition of the life that they are. I guess it will change over time and most of my friends have no idea of who they are so would think I was very weird!!
Hope to meet up with you tonight. Will be lovely to do so.
Love
Diane

Hello Diane,
I appreciate everything you have just written. The language can be tricky, going between dualistic speaking and non-dual.
I would like to pause for two or three days with our converstation and pick it up again after this weekend, if that is OK with you? I'm intending to be at the retreat this evening and during the next couple of days in any case so, see you there!
