Dear Guide
Namaste
I wish to express my gratitude to you and all the guides for creating this process to see the truth. Describing my experience of it - it was nothing like angels and trumpets and all. Just simple change of perception. Knowing of what is and what is not. Thats it. Nothing changes on the outside. ME whom the world knows is still there.
Yes the process was like bringing down castles of beliefs constructed around the 'me' or 'my'. Or they came crumbling themselves. but still the ghosts of castles are there and seems like they will gradually relinquish there hold. For gratitude and humility has helped me see through the fears. Resistance to fears is of no use, it will only strengthen the fear.
Expressing gratitude for the fear for what it is protecting is the most useful tool in this process.

Thanks a lot Pete for all your perseverance and zen sticks u used to poke and keep me prodding on the process. The false self knew its days are numbered and it used its weapons of fear. But gratitude gradually melted it away.

any daily practice you wish me to continue, to move further?

Thanks and thanks again.

With lots of love and Regards

Hi Vishal,

Resistance to fears is of no use, it will only strengthen the fear. Expressing gratitude for the fear for what it is protecting is the most useful tool in this process.
It's just lovely to hear that.

My pleasure Vishal.

No, it's entirely up to you what you decide to do. Perhaps any practices you were doing before our thread? Or something new? Coming back to being knowingly present right now, as often as possible, is always best, but that's really just what happens whenever it happens:) A good habit to cultivate though.

And, there's always the various FB groups, particularly LU Aftercare, which can be very helpful for those, like you, freshly gated.

Goodbye Vishal

Hi Stephen,,

Thank you for your excellent, detailed answers.

You just need also to let me have the following, requested in my previous post 'When answering question 5, please give specific and very recent examples from direct experience.' There only need to be two or three and nothing special, detailed or copious, just any ordinary everyday occurrences from what's happening to you now or very recently. Once you let me have them, I'll ask the guides have a look.

Sorry Vishal, this was sent to you by mistake. It was meant for my present client.

I hope all is well with you.

Hi Pete,
How are you doing?
Life is good. Lots of unlearning happened :)

Gratitude for your guidance at the time when it was most needed will be there always.

Thanks again

Hi Vishal,

Great to hear from you and that life is good is good for you. Mine too, still. Right now I’m typing this in a hotel in a hot and sunny Manhattan, as part of a trip around the US, back early September.

Your getting in touch feels like quite a coincidence because a couple of days ago I told the LU admins that I’m considering guiding again on LU. That would be interesting after such a long gap!

Lots of love,

Pete
