2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

There is no separate self, more than in the thoughts, there was never any separate entity. It was a scam all the time, a illution.

The illutionen is that there is some "I" inside the body, which is separate from everything else. And that this "I" can make choices, and that the "I" are in control of what is happening, that "I" could choose what "I" say, do, think, etc.

A more relaxed attitude towards everything that happens. Since there is no "I" who controls what happens anyway. Just go with the flow of what is happening. Need not be annoyed at things that happens. For that what is happening is happening, and it's so stupid to go against what is happening as it happens :)

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

This realization has more or less been around for about 1-2 years. But I have never looked within the body in that way that I have done in the recent past. A great insight was that "I" can not be found anywhere, the self is nowhere to find.

5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

There are no decisions, life just rolls on without anyone doing anything. It's like a movie, it just happens. There are no intentions more than in thinking. There are no choices to make, nor anyone who can make choices anyway if there were chooses. There is no one who can be in control. There is only things happening. Nothing makes things happen, Because it is just happening, again without anyone being in control. The thoughts make up stories about the things happening, and creates illutionen that there is an "I" who choose things for a reason and make things happen.

There is only stuff happening.

6) Anything to add?

It all feels natural, easy, it feels so good to just rest in what is happening, because it is what is happening in the present moment. Not denying anything that happens, because everything that happens is a part of the things that happens :)
