Hi Alonso,

Don't worry at all. See that there is no separate 'i' is different for everyone. For some it is a gradual peeling away at of our habitual way of thinking and for others it much faster and dramatic. There is no correct way, it happens as it happens, so we keep going. :-)

I didn't ask you to stop thinking. I asked you to stop thinking the answers. So when you read a question then let your focus be on what the question raises for you experientially. Or do an exercise and notice what happens experientially. We want to look and see the experience. Thats all.

Take your time and answer the questions from my previous post. See what answers you get by noticing the experience. Then also answer the following.
but I don´t feel a liberated feeling
Within this meaning of this sentance what is this "I'?
What is this 'liberated feeling'?

I know that somewhere I´m stuck
Describe this feeling of 'stuck'
then regret the decisión and think about the other one
Does the decision still exist? What exactly is it as you re-live it?
so if everything is automatic, I have no responsability of anything I do, or happens?
Good question, take your time and tell me what your answer is

Now you have plenty to chew on! But enjoy it if you can, this can be a lot of fun also if you don't get too caught up in your thoughts.... :-)

Thanks Alonso,

If it would be more manageable then you can answer one question at a time. There is a lot there.

Hi D,

I'm sorry that I haven't been posting.

I am consumed with work and I could write back an intellectual answer but if I don't go within and try to experience then it won't make sense.

I think I will answer as you say one question at a time.

I won't abandon this, take that for granted, again I apologize, this is not lack of commitment, its work and just feel in a stuck zone, but will get out of it.

11,20PM and still at the office.

Good night.

Alonso.

Hi D,

How are you?

Hope you had a good weekend.

Here are some answers.

Thank you.

Alonso.

Within this meaning of this sentence what is this "I'?
A thought, a creation.
What is this 'liberated feeling'?
Just a concept, the naming of a feeling, artificially created.
Describe this feeling of 'stuck´
True, this are just thoughts that we tend to attribute to feelings, once again, just conditioning.

So if everything is automatic, I have no responsability of anything I do, or happens?
Good question, take your time and tell me what your answer is..
Answering from DE, is automatic.
Can thoughts make anything?
No, they are just labels and illusions.

Hi Alonso,

Before you mentioned you were stuck, regretting decisions, etc.

Can you tell me where 'you' are at now?

How has this process affected 'you'?

Is there a separate 'Alonso' anywhere to be found?

Please go into detail answering from your direct experience rather than what you think.

Thanks,

d

Hi D,
Can you tell me where 'you' are at now?
From DE, writing is happening now, now in the mind a million toughts are happening, a monologue happens, and so it goes, now the content of those toughts is not real.
How has this process affected 'you'?
I stop when the avalanche of toughts come, or rather than stop, I just think, what 'I´am thinking is false, I can´t sense those toughts with DE.

Is there a separate 'Alonso' anywhere to be found?
No, Alonso, is a creation of years of conditioning, there is no Alonso, and no I, just life sensing.
Please go into detail answering from your direct experience rather than what you think.
I don´t know if I did it all through DE, or thinking came into place. I tried not to.

I catch myself constantly living in my toughts, thinking about the future, about why things happen, about why people act certain way, and what´s the most absurd about this compuslive thinking, is that not only creats misery but that all of it is an ilusión, an invention.

Thank you.

Good night.

Alonso.

Is there thinking separate from direct experience?

Is there anything at all outside of direct experience?

Is there thinking separate from direct experience?
No, but we give meaning to those toughts, that have nothing to do with DE. Now, when I go into the maze, those thoughts are not real, but yeah they are not separate from DE, even thou in the past they felt as separate from everything else, we have learnt that the stream of toughts is involuntary, just like DE, then "we" create those stories.

Is there anything at all outside of direct experience?
No that is raw reality, what we can percieve with DE is the present, anything else is based on false assumptions.

I´m leaving SF to Atlanta tomorrow, will be back Tuesday night, not sure how often I will log on. Wanted to let you know.

Talk to you soon.

Thank you for all your help and dedication.

Hi Alonso,

My name's Paulo, and will be guiding you for a short while, as Deezer is away. He will have sent you a PM also.

For the moment, let me know when you've returned from your trip away to Atlanta, and we'll take it from there.

Thanks, Paulo.

Thanks Alonso, great to have you here,

There is no 'you' in any way shape or form, never was, and never will be

What thoughts, emotions, feelings, physical sensations come up for you when you consider this statement?

Answer in detail from your own experience as honestly and openly as you can.

Paulo.
