It seems I’m strongly identifying with the separate suffering miserable self. I know that’s a story and delusional. I’m not sure I know how to find the way out of this. I was working through some of the first fetter course.

I just watched the first lesson again of the doubt curriculum and read all the intro material again. Yes I am filled with doubt. The description of the muddy puddle and being lost in the forest sounds just like me right now.

I did an exercise from the work yesterday and it helped me see that it’s the thoughts that cause suffering and loosened the grip thoughts have on me. I will keep looking.

All I want to do is look and finally see there is no self. I’m being more and more consumed by this and not interested in other things. Work and all else feels like a distraction from this and it feels so important to me right now to see through the self.

Thanks for the videos, I will watch them soon. It feels like I’m heavy and trudging through life not feeling like wanting to do much at all. I just want to burrow up in a place that feels like home and experience truth.
