LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I hope to see through the illusion of the 'me' inside my head taking me for rides more often than not. I have a distinct feeling of somethings being not quite as they seem... I feel like having stept through the mirror.
What are you looking for at LU? I'm hoping to connect the dots with some experiences I have been having for the last 3 years. I'm absorbing Angelo Dilullo, Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts etcetera... but I think I need some help in tying it together
What do you expect from a guided conversation? Someone to help me see the trees through the forest. I am randomly searching for info, and seem to be more lost than ever in it...I think it might be helpful to get some feedback on a regular base. I am on to something, but can't seem to get to it.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? Scatered. Some meditation, some yoga, some inquiry...none of it consistent.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11

Hi!
I’m Jeff and I’m honored to offer myself in service to you in this process. I will be your guide here at LU if you would like.
My schedule can be a bit topsy turvy, but I will be checking in here daily, every two days at least. For me to agree to work with you, I will need you to be more eager than I am (I am 200% eager! 😅 ) to carry on this dialog. Sometimes the site goes down. It will be back. Just come back later.
If you must skip a day or so for some reason, please post and let me know when you will return. I will do the same.
If you haven't already read the disclaimer, please read it now and just confirm to me that you have read it. Here is the link.

Also please read “Liberation Unleashed is not …” in the FAQ’s of LU. Here is the link.

Some housekeeping guidelines:
1. Post regularly, at least once a day, or every second day if you need more time. If you are unable to post for several days, please post just to let me know.
2. There is no one judging anything you might say here, and the process really can only work if you are completely honest. I have served many people on a confidential basis as a helping professional (I do this purely for love), so please feel at ease.
3. This exploration is based on actual experience (or, "AE") - smell, taste, sound, sensation, color and observed thoughts. Long-winded analytical and philosophical answers are best avoided and may even hinder progress. This is not a self-improvement process. There is no ‘self’ to improve.
4. Put aside all other teachings, philosophies, rituals, practices, books/reading and so on for the remainder of this investigation. Really put all your effort and attention into seeing what there is to see here. If you have a daily meditation practice, it is fine to continue that but it’s not necessary for this exploration.
5. Technology is not perfect and sometimes there is a glitch which can wipe out your responses. I suggest that you copy and paste our entire dialog here – all of my questions and all of your answers – into a separate word processing system, do your work there, and then copy / paste them back here into your thread. I repeat: always save a copy of what you are doing here: it will save time in the long run.
6. I would like you to answer all questions that I have written in blue text. Even if I forget to use blue text, please answer all of the questions I ask you.
7. Please answer all questions individually, remembering to use the quote function to highlight the question being answered. Below is a link to the video with instructions on using the Quote Function. Please watch it. Use the PREVIEW button to make sure your text looks right before you hit "SUBMIT."

What would you like me to call you? What time zone are you in, please? FYI: I am in CET (Central European Time, ie, Paris, Germany, Amsterdam, etc., it's 6 hrs later here than EST - Eastern time in the U.S.).
Let’s begin.
What are your expectations about this exploration? In your own words, please answer the following questions:
How do you think life will change as a result of this process?
How do you expect you will change?
What do you think will be different?
Is there anything else you would like to say?
Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you.
In friendship,
Jeff
