LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I understand that there is an awareness of my body and mind that is beyond my sensing, feeling my body and mind that it is like an observer
What are you looking for at LU?
to be guided to this full awareness that I am not really an 'I', that I am part of the whole, without actually being a part –( I don't know how to explain it better) – to experience being and detachment, to become free
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I would like to be guided and made aware of the shadow parts, the blind spots I don't see yet, am not aware of yet, that unclear or unhelpful thoughts are pointed out to me , that I am asked questions that point me in the right direction and suggestions for next steps until I am aware, free
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been meditating at times, followed Buddhist and also Christian thought and on the more mundane side Family Constellations, Katie Byron and now Sedona Method, realising the spiritual components of the 'mundane' ones
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
