LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Self, and therefore separation, is an illusion created by the mind. In reality there is just the one life which includes everything in existence. That is what i am and everyoneelse is too.

What are you looking for at LU?
Making further steps in realizing the above and therefore liberate myself from this false and often troubling illusion. Getting to a point where my mind starts to fully realize it and therefore live such truth in every aspect possible.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I am very open to be guided, so not really much expectations. No abusive behavior, being straight forward, honest, bold and don't spare me. Purity of intention. Hopefully integrity, sincerety, and a bit of empathy.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Post- and non-lineage. Advaita, daoism, buddhism, chaan, etc. Would say advanced practitioner. Non-dual meditation teacher in training. Had some deep insights, some with psychedelics. Relaxed "seeker" energy. Curious, adventerous.
