The inside of the box can easily become the outside as well the outside can easily become the inside of the box.

There is only inside of the body i am experiencing really ...,all I know about the outside of the body is just what my eyes are able to translate to me it is just a mere representation of what's outside the body .

With eyes closed my body instantly feels less dense , I feel like there is no boundary of my body It feels like it ends where it begins and starts right where it ends(Infinite)

Breathing happens regardless of me paying attention to it or not it is happening on its own , the mechanism of ...

Thoughts and mind create 'I' which is illusion that creates separateness. Just considering the 'I' created as separate entity is the very first isolated object separated from everything else. And then the separation of objects ...

So everything seems to be one continues happening ,when we direct our interest towards something in particular( an object), this is when we start seeing it as something separate from everything ...
