Hi Vince,
Thanks for showing where liberation starts and helping recognise the illusion of an I.
;-)
I cannot believe how quickly this place/method and you drill down and reveal the source of the 'problem'.

What did you experience at the moment you awoke?
A little bit of chuckling.
That there is no one looking out of the body asI have imagined for so long.
Describe your experience in the hours and days following awakening

Re: theskipz
Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?
There is only experience. An experiencer experiencing implies separation, of which there is none. Experience cannot identify an experiencer and there is no experiencer in reality to experience.
Actually look. Does experience ...

Re: theskipz
What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?
It is such a gradual process in my experience.
Before arriving at LU "I" SO wanted an earth shattering, permanent "enlightenment". To quote a ...

Re: theskipz
i know what you mean, but they would be puzzled.
Explain it like you would to a 12 year old. Be a little verbose.
I didn't mean like Nisargadatta "I AM". When I saw this question, I just laughed because I realised the dialogue in this thread is describing the illusion to a curious someone ...

Re: theskipz
How does it feel to see this? describe in detail.
It's nice, but things feel as they have always felt. It's kinda funny that everything just does everything itself. Remembering this clears the mental space of so many thoughts. So, it feels like waves of calmness are appearing more often and for ...

Re: theskipz
i was really asking how you experience attachment, not what it was to. What sensations are associated, or is purely mental ?
No sensations. Just a circular mental dialogue.
Do thoughts have any credibility just because they exist ?
No. Their existence doesn't automatically presume credibility ...

Re: theskipz
...and you now recognize this as a story ?
Yes, I can see that it is one of many concepts created to give validity to a "me".
Stories may or may not be accurate. Stories of Future are loaded with traps.
Agreed. In the past I have prided My-Self in it's ability to be future oriented. The more ...

Do you have sensation in the mind ? or are you referring to bodily sensations that result from thoughts (mind stuff) ?
Yes, you're right. Bodily sensations that result from mind stuff. Tense sensations for example.
Which is reacting. Experienced in reality. But reacting to a story - not reality ...

Re: theskipz
Are there sensation associated with these feelings ? What i mean is that both peacefulness and wholeness are concepts. Labels for something. Do you see this ?
Yes, by peacefulness I was refering to a state (mind/bodily sensation) which I have no doubt temporarly experienced in the past.
