"Me" is just a word, it does't exist other than as a word or a thought. It has no shape or form. It never existed ...

There is no "self" outside of a thought, there is only what is happening. The thought still comes to claim that what is happening is happening to "me" but that is only a thought. The thought is real, but the "me" content ...
