How does it feel to see that a separate self does not exist? It feels open, relaxed, peaceful. No, the conditioned reactions and fears have not gone away .... but they are seen as a wad of jumbled neurology ...

Does the reaction happen to "anybody" .... no, they just happen like a stimulus ...

2. The illusion of a separate self starts with a story of something dramatic happening .. something that could get out of control ... or a worry that it will. The story escalates as thinking goes into ways to control the situation, person, etc. and the body reacts with a knot in the stomach ...
