Just seeing the world around me differently, and interacting with it differently.

Perhaps I'd be a little more passive/accepting of experiences around me. Looking at them with new eyes to see what they really are.

Not sure how this app works yet. . . But in answer to your question, I would probably like BOTH modes - discussion and experiential. I tend to "process" information to seek understanding. Maybe that's the "Garbage Can" that I need to steer away from!

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
It is impossible to be a "self" since we are all just elements of a much bigger, common existence. Even our atoms are "borrowed" and shared with all others.
