In terms of clearly seeing that there is no control of thoughts, feelings, will, attention and choices, this has been seen for a while now, with curiosity.

2) When was it clearly seen that there is no doer, no owner of actions, no self behind experience ...

Okay. For many people conscious or unconscious expectations and fears are main hindrances to clarity and peace in general, and to seeing clearly that there is no inherent separate self in particular.

It was more "distraction" and not having a plan in place. I have that now. We should be good ...
