With the lies there's a lot of tightening in the stomach area and in the chest by the heart. I can also feel a strange tightness by my neck as if the words don't want to come out because it's a lie.
My brow furrowed as well. Discomfort deep in stomach.. an unsettling feeling.

One doesn't necessarily feel truer than the other. The second phase of writing feels less bloated. In a strange way, The second phase feels closer.. the experience feels closer.
