Yes, I am clear on the point that labels are things added to objects of experience and don't reveal anything inherently true about those objects of experience.

I have been trying to notice the difference between direct experience and actual experience. It seems to be most difficult when it comes to 'thoughts', whereas it seems a bit easier for me to experience sounds as direct.
