I think we need to change terms here now as I SEE green and not red.

I have very few "thoughts", I mostly SEE images through my brain, words become images for me. So the second I read GREEN my brain SEES green and sends that to the mind. The red is skipped as a non-necessary information.

I would not use the term "truer" for either. When there is an "I" in fron the experience is brought inside the body. As uf the body was appropriating itself of the experience.
Without the "I" the experience just is, regardless of the body ...
