Re: Time for the truth
) Is there actually an awareness separate from what is happening? Or is awareness just another label for experience itself?
Awareness and experience are just happening. It's the same. Perhaps I should just call it noticing.

1) Right now, in this moment, how is interconnectedness appearing?
Is interconnectedness something to think about or something to experience directly?

Re: Time for the truth
1) How does "we are all interconnected" show up in experience?
This is around us all the time. Everything we do effects other people and they affect us. We have no control over that. One example, weather happens and effects crops, crops die and people don't have enough to eat, they rise up and ...

Re: Time for the truth
5) Describe decision,
Decisions just happen. I find I act spontaneously before I have actually made a decision. It's most clear to me when I am lying in bed in the morning and thinking about getting up, then suddenly I get up. I'm not aware of having made the decision to get up, it just happens ...

Re: Time for the truth
Once I started looking it just seemed to become obvious. I don't recall it being a very definite sudden shift. Here is a second part of the question 4)
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look? Was there a moment of shift with a distinct before and after?

Re: Time for the truth
I am trying to look more at my opinions and everyday experiences. I don't know if this is considered "still seeking".
What is this "I" trying to look?
I guess it's more about noticing ideas that the false sense of "I" held or still hold.
Are they your opinions ?
They were the opinions that I ...

Re: Time for the truth
In the everyday experience, is there a separation between experience and the knowing (awareness ) of it?
If it is a NO, please describe the boundary between the two. It is that simple. Jus direct experience.
