what your relationship with fear & desperation is now?

I have seen the lie of "self" and not a desperate seeker any more. I even stopped watching youtube videos on nonduality topics :).

I still get anxious during public speaking, meeting strangers, facing unknown situations etc.,

There is no one making any of these. Ex: Apple is not a solid thing as we normally see. Every"thing" appears on its own for no reason. It's magical, beautiful and holy.

I see that you've pasted different answer to the question "What makes things happen? How does it work?" May be a copy and paste error.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? A big no. I can't find a self in my direct experience with any of my 5 senses. At the same time, I can't deny the fact that selfing happens. But, now I see through it.

2) Explain in detail ...

How does it FEEL to SEE this?

Feels very light. No contraction in the body.

When looking at an apple, there's color; a thought saying ‘apple’; and maybe a thought saying, "I'm looking at an apple."

What is known for sure? Color is known and thoughts are known.

What about the content of thoughts, what they describe? Thought can not see. It can tell some story and the ...

OMG. I'm melting into something deep. Self is just made up with content of thought. 100%.
